Using the National Afterschool Association Core Knowledge and Competencies, this coaching session will allow you to develop your your strengths, minimize your weaknesses, and focus on opportunities for professional growth. The coaching will commence with a strategy designed just for your professional development. The coaching provided in 3 two hour sessions, scheduled at your convenience.
